Heavenly father, where will I go on my mission?
Batgirl #22 by Kelley Puckett and Damion Scott
Pottermore mentions an American Quidditch player named Quentin Kowalski. It could be a coincidence, or it could mean Queenie and Jacob will ultimately get back together and start a family, with Quentin being their descendant.
He may have been your father, boy, but he wasn’t your daddy. I’m sorry I didn’t do none of it right. I’m damn lucky you’re my boy.
Spider-Woman (vol. 3) #18, by John Byrne and Bart Sears.
“I wish Disney’s Hunchback of Notre Dame movie didn’t make Frollo so evil. While he’s still the antagonist, his character is more complex and sympathetic in Victor Hugo’s original book. For example, in the book the baby Quasimodo is abandoned at the church and Frollo takes him in on his own, caring for him and raising him like a son.”
Because adopting a child completely excuses stalking, sexually assaulting framing for murder, and ultimately killing a 16 year old girl because he felt he was entitled to her. Book!Frollo wasn’t a racist on the level of Disney!Frollo, but he is still not intended to be sympathetic.
He’s almost didn’t adopt that child. He almost drowned him because said child was deformed and that apparently meant said child wasn’t worthy of life.
That was only in the movie, not the original book.
